Are Wildflower cases protective?

Think of your Wildflower case as the ultimate fashion accessory! We design them to protect your phone beautifully, but they aren't heavy-duty, "rugged" cases built for major drops or rough treatment. What is your return policy?

How long does delivery take?

All orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days, and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. How do I make sure my "wf" emblem doesn’t come off?

Keep your case out of direct sun, heat and moisture to prevent the silver WF emblem from falling off. Also don't force your case into tight pockets, etc.

How do I clean my Wildflower case?

To clean your Wildflower case, we recommend using a dry microfiber cloth or a similar soft fabric. Do not use harsh chemicals on your case, as this may cause damage. Please be aware that consistent exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture can negatively affect your case over time.
