love the design and it’s protected my phone well so far. my only criticism is that the print isn’t very sharp - it’s on a fabric layer that’s welded to the case, which i wasn’t expecting. i ordered from the uk and shipping took around 10 days, which was as expected so no complaints there. customer service could be better, as it took a few days to get a response to my emails. overall though, i’m happy with my purchase, would buy again.
