That's Olivia Neill. She's part of the Emma Chamberlain vlogging class who came up being as beautiful as she is engaging, pulling back the curtain on the realities of girlhood — even if they're not always glamorous. She's Irish

Even though Olivia lives in London now, she's a Belfast-born beauty dedicated to her roots. Rumor has it the 25 year-old owns real estate in her hometown to stay close to her family, and make sure she has a base whenever she wants to touchdown in Ireland. 

She's signed to Elite Model Management

It didn't take long for Olivia to be recognized for her star power. She has a inimitable look that has caught the attention of Chanel, L'Oreal, YSL, Isabel Marant and Miu Miu to name a few, making Olivia one of the most sought-after vlogger-turned-models online today.

She's a bonafide fashionista

This girl loves a collaboration. She's worked on edits with ASOS and Hunter, designed capsule collections with Motel Rocks (which sold out immediately) and, of course, Wildflower, Olivia is not just a pretty face...the girl's got taste. 

She used to be very blonde

Let's face it, Olivia is very Irish, but for a long time it looked like she called Malibu home. Let it be said, brunette feels right, but blonde Liv is still her YouTube profile picture which somehow feels even more right. 

She has a cat called 'Phil'

Olivia named her fluffy white 'son' Phil after icon TV dad, Phil Dunphy. If he is anything as funny and affectionate as the Modern Family protagonist, he's likely the dream pet. 

She's been vlogging for 10 years

Unbelievably, she started her fast-talking, extremely candid vlogging career back in 2016 when she was only 14. Now, she's been in show business for a decade. Recently, she's been transitioning more to TikTok, leaving Youtube behind for short-form content. 

She had a very popular podcast 

Inner Monologue had a generation of young women in a chokehold before Olivia went on hiatus in late 2024. The show was a stream-of-consciousness very similar to Emma Chamberlain's Anything Goes or Sophia and Cinzia's The Girls Bathroom. “I hold them in high regard because of what they do and how successful they are,” Olivia says of the other hosts, “and then they come on their podcasts and talk about, like, how they pick their nose and stuff, and it makes me feel like, Wow, we’re all human. It’s just comforting to break that wall of perfection online.”
