That said, Sydney is taking you back to basics with this one. No cans or packets here, we’re going all-in on real ingredients, like fresh thyme, gruyere and a rich, homemade mushroom sauce. — 3-4 Shallots
— 1/2 cup flour
— 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
— Oil for frying
— I shallot
— 3/4 cup diced mushrooms
— 3 garlic cloves, minced
— 2 tsp fresh thyme
— 3 tbsp flour
— 2 cups fresh green beans
— 2 ⅓ cup vegetable stock (broth)
— 1/2 cup heavy cream • i cup white cheddar
— 1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
— 1 cup gruyere cheese, grated
— Kosher salt + black pepper
