Are Wildflower cases protective?

Think of your Wildflower case as the ultimate fashion accessory! We design them to protect your phone beautifully, but they aren't heavy-duty, "rugged" cases built for major drops or rough treatment. Since our designs are limited edition, they need a bit of special care. Check out our Case Care page to learn how to keep your case flawless!

When will you be restocking "_______" case?

We try to restock most of our designs within a week or two of selling out with the exception of our limited edition releases. Please sign up on the product page to be notified of our restock.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unused cases within 15 days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns center using the following link - https://wildflower-cases.loopreturns.com/#/

How long does delivery take?

All orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days, and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. For more detailed information please email us at support@wildflowercases.com .

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST.

What size iPhone do I have?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > About In About, to the right of the "Model Name," you'll see the iPhone size. Order the same size Wildflower Case!

Why is my tracking link not working?

Tracking links take between 24-48 hours to fully update. If your tracking link has not updated within that time frame please contact us at support@wildflowercases.com ASAP.

GREAT screen protector
Best privacy screen I've used! It resisted a couple of drops before one day finally giving up the battle. Not super duper crack resistant but I'm just clumsy with my phone too lol. The privacy film is sooo good tho!

Hi there!
Thank you so much for this amazing review! We're so happy to hear that our Privacy Screen Protector exceeded your expectations and gave you the best privacy protection you've experienced! We totally get that life happens and phones get dropped (we've all been there!), so we're glad it held up through a couple of battles before finally giving in. Your feedback about the privacy film being "sooo good" absolutely made our day! Thank you for choosing Wildflower and for taking the time to share your experience with us! 💖✨
