What size iPhone do I have?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > About In About, to the right of the "Model Name," you'll see the iPhone size. Order the same size Wildflower Case!

Are Wildflower cases protective?

Think of your Wildflower case as the ultimate fashion accessory! We design them to protect your phone beautifully, but they aren't heavy-duty, "rugged" cases built for major drops or rough treatment. Since our designs are limited edition, they need a bit of special care. Check out our Case Care page to learn how to keep your case flawless!

When will you be restocking "_______" case?

We try to restock most of our designs within a week or two of selling out with the exception of our limited edition releases. Please sign up on the product page to be notified of our restock.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unused cases within 15 days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns center using the following link - https://wildflower-cases.loopreturns.com/#/

How long does delivery take?

All orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days, and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. For more detailed information please email us at support@wildflowercases.com .

Why is my tracking link not working?

Tracking links take between 24-48 hours to fully update. If your tracking link has not updated within that time frame please contact us at support@wildflowercases.com ASAP.

How do I make sure my "wf" emblem doesn’t come off?

Keep your case out of direct sun, heat and moisture to prevent the silver WF emblem from falling off. Also don't force your case into tight pockets, etc.

Overview

What defines Libra energy? Besides Bella Hadid energy, of course. A cardinal trait of a Libra is wanting to create balance and harmony in all areas of life. A serene fairy balances atop a floral wrapped moon on the Libra iPhone case. Pops of pink, a Libra’s signature color, harmoniously play with the sage green tones of this case. You’re a Libra if you were born between September 23- October 22.

One-of-a-kind, limited edition phone case
Durable protective outer sandblasted polyurethane black rubber bumper
Jeweled with our custom signature silver "wf" emblem
All-around protection with raised bumper in front of phone adds layer of screen protection
Impact certified 6.5ft drop test protection to shield your device from high-impact falls

No two cases are exactly alike, each one is handmade, making every Wildflower case unique, just like you. **Due to our handmade process, the placement of artwork in the case and colors may appear different in person than they do on our website**
