What size iPhone do I have?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > About In About, to the right of the "Model Name," you'll see the iPhone size. Order the same size Wildflower Case!

Are Wildflower cases protective?

Think of your Wildflower case as the ultimate fashion accessory! We design them to protect your phone beautifully, but they aren't heavy-duty, "rugged" cases built for major drops or rough treatment. Since our designs are limited edition, they need a bit of special care. Check out our Case Care page to learn how to keep your case flawless!

When will you be restocking "_______" case?

We try to restock most of our designs within a week or two of selling out with the exception of our limited edition releases. Please sign up on the product page to be notified of our restock.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unused cases within 15 days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns center using the following link - https://wildflower-cases.loopreturns.com/#/

How long does delivery take?

All orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days, and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. For more detailed information please email us at support@wildflowercases.com .

How do I make sure my "wf" emblem doesn’t come off?

Keep your case out of direct sun, heat and moisture to prevent the silver WF emblem from falling off. Also don't force your case into tight pockets, etc.

ALL TIME FAV!!!!!
I cannot recommend this case enough!!! I genuinely probably hurl my phone at the floor at least 3 times a day (what can I say, I’m a clutz LOL) and I have miraculously not gotten a single scratch/crack while using it. I used to switch out my cases pretty frequently because I like to treat them like accessories, but I love this one so much that I’ve been wearing it for a little over a year and a half straight. I get tons of compliments on it too!! 10/10 recommend!
