What size iPhone do I have?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > About In About, to the right of the "Model Name," you'll see the iPhone size. Order the same size Wildflower Case!

Are Wildflower cases protective?

Think of your Wildflower case as the ultimate fashion accessory! We design them to protect your phone beautifully, but they aren't heavy-duty, "rugged" cases built for major drops or rough treatment. Since our designs are limited edition, they need a bit of special care. Check out our Case Care page to learn how to keep your case flawless!

When will you be restocking "_______" case?

We try to restock most of our designs within a week or two of selling out with the exception of our limited edition releases. Please sign up on the product page to be notified of our restock.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unused cases within 15 days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns center using the following link - https://wildflower-cases.loopreturns.com/#/

How long does delivery take?

All orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days, and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. For more detailed information please email us at support@wildflowercases.com .

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST.

How do I clean my Wildflower case?

To clean your Wildflower case, we recommend using a dry microfiber cloth or a similar soft fabric. Do not use harsh chemicals on your case, as this may cause damage. Please be aware that consistent exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture can negatively affect your case over time. For detailed guidance, please review our Case Care & Protection Guide : https://www.wildflowercases.com/pages/care-protection Important: Wildflower is not responsible for any damage incurred to your case due to improper care or environmental factors.

My favorite case EVER
This phone case captures my daydream in a single image. I currently use it on my 15 Pro, but after upgrading to the 18 Pro Max, I need a new option. I hoped to buy this same design for the 18 Pro Max; unfortunately, it is not listed in stock, and I would truly appreciate it if this case were made for that model, since it is literally perfect. I settled on the Taylor Gen cases with all the animals because they are close enough, and I love animals—plus, I have wanted her collaboration case for a while. I really want this Fairytale case for the 18 Pro Max, please.
