Are Wildflower cases protective?

We've designed our cases to be very protective however, we do not claim to be a "rugged" type of case that is designed to protect your iPhone when mishandled or dropped. We consider each Wildflower a fashion accessory. Our cases are limited edition and require certain care. Check out our Case Care page for more info.

When will you be restocking "_______" case?

We try to restock most of our designs within a week or two of selling out with the exception of our limited edition releases. Please sign up on the product page to be notified of our restock.

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns and exchanges on unused cases within ten days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns center using the following link - https://wildflower-cases.loopreturns.com/#/

How long does delivery take?

First, all orders require up to 1-3 days for processing. Then once your order is ready to ship, our domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, priority shipping is 2-3 business days and our international shipments via FedEx arrive in 2-5 business days. What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST.

How do I clean my Wildflower case?

To clean your Wildflower case, we recommend using a dry microfiber cloth or a similar soft fabric. Do not use harsh chemicals on your case, as this may cause damage. Please be aware that consistent exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture can negatively affect your case over time. Literally magical 🧚‍♀️
This case gives major ethereal, fairycore vibes. The pastel colors are so soft and pretty, and the design is truly unique. It fits my phone incredibly well—snug but not impossible to take off. I always get compliments when I have this one on!

Cutest Case but Can't Upgrade With It :(
I love this case so much! I get so many compliments on it. I'm upgrading and wanted to repurchase this case and was sad to learn y'all aren't making this anymore! None of the options for the iPhone 17 compare to this one for me, I really hope you reconsider.
