I received my order nearly a month after I ordered it because my order was initially lost. Customer service was super helpful in replacing the case for no additional cost but that still took a week and a half to arrive. I’ve never had this problem with wildflower before, and during COVID circumstances are more uncertain, so that’s why my rating isn’t lower. I love the case, though; it’s super cute and good quality!
