What are your shipping rates and times?
US DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order before its shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping in the U.S. is 3-7 business days from the day the order is shipped. International orders can take anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link where you can track your package along the way.
How long does priority shipping take?
Priority shipping in the U.S. is 2-3 business days from the day the order is shipped. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link where you can track your package along the way.
Why hasn’t my tracking link updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry, your package is still on it’s way to you!
I didn’t get my package in 7 days, is it lost?
If you order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Packages can be delayed for a number of reasons, always check with your local postal service they’ll be able to provide up to date information.
Who do you use to ship?
For U.S. shipments, we use UPS which then tenders your package to USPS for the last mile. For international shipping we use UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
For our International friends, we currently ship to most international countries but please contact us if you have any questions. You can check our retail locations here, if you don’t see a location near you please Contact Us.
My package says delivered but I don’t have my case?
Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been delivered, lost or stolen. Please contact the courier they’ll be able to help track down your package! We want to make sure you get your case and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
