General FAQ's

We recommend using a dry microfiber rag, or any similar fabric to clean off your case. Do not apply harsh chemicals to your case.

Please also be advised that consistent exposure to heat, sun, or moisture can cause damage to your Wildflower case.

Wildflower is not responsible for any damages inflicted on your case.

We've designed our cases to be very protective, however, we do not claim to be a "rugged" type of case that is designed to protect your iPhone when mishandled or dropped.

We consider each Wildflower case a fashion accessory. Our cases are limited edition and require certain care.

Shipping FAQ's

The mail courier does keep packages for a few days before sending them back to the original sender. 

First, please contact the mail courier to see if you can schedule a redelivery.

 

If the courier states that the package has already been sent back to the original sender, please email support@wildflowercases.com with your order number, and our support team would be happy to look into this for you!

All orders require up to 1-3 business days for processing. Once an order is ready to ship, our standard domestic shipping will take 3-7 business days, and priority shipping 1-3 business days.

Our international shipments will require 3-14 business days to arrive, on top of the 1-3 business day processing window.

The fabric used on our cases should not peel off without damaging your case. It is not recommended to make any modifications to your case, or to use any harsh chemicals on it at any time. Any case with the fabric tampered with is unable to be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
