I bought this for a Christmas present and the boxed packaging is very nice. Customer Service was extremely helpful in tracking the package through UPS and USPS which ended up being a lengthy ordeal. Customer Service emailed me numerous times with information about delivery and followed up with an email checking to see if I had received the delivered package. Very impressive!!
