My current phone broke and replaced with a new phone after placing order. I requested to cancel or exchange as I’d not received my order. I was told the order would be canceled then told disregard no it won’t be canceled as that same day it just delivered. I’ve purchased numerous cases from WF, no longer with that customer service.
