Before I start off, I'd like to say that the product really does look pretty much identical to the one in the pictures.
HOWEVER, the shipping time was absolutely NOT what was advertised. I chose the 3-5 day shipping option and the case was delivered TWO WEEKS later, which is TRIPLE the advertised 3-5 days. This obviously upset me a good amount, but I was glad to see the case when I finally got it.
One thing to note, however, is that when I first put on the phone case, it would not allow me to properly press the side buttons. Whenever I tried to press the off button, it would instead activate Siri by holding the button continuously. I had to take off the case to stop this. Furthermore, the volume buttons also had issues within the case. The good thing is that after a couple of days the issue resolved itself. I think the case just needs some time to loosen up and adjust to the phone. Overall, it works well and is as advertised, I just wish the shipping hadn't taken so long.

I never messaged the company ab this, I'm sure they would've helped if I did but i didn't feel like going through the whole return process, but there was a scratch in the back of the case (think if someone took a safety pin and made a curve on the back of the case.
